FIT
FIT classes are 60-minute, high-intensity bootcamp classes designed to elevate your heart rate and keep you moving and burning for the full hour.
CROSSFIT
Train to be ready for anything! Each 60-minute CrossFit class offers classic strength training and functional conditioning to provide a highly effective workout.
Teen
Our Teen programs are offered on a rotational basis through-out the year. We focus on working the fundamentals of working out in group session, while keeping it fun and engaging.
